HR Recruitment Agency is a trade name of Aristo Sourcing LLC. In this policy, "HR Recruitment Agency", "we" and "us" mean Aristo Sourcing LLC. Last updated: November 5, 2026.

What we collect

The enquiry forms on the home page and /contact-us collect your name, work email, phone number if you give one, company, the role and any message you choose to send. Emails sent to info@hr-recruitment-agency.com are collected as part of your enquiry.

Candidate details shared with us for a search are also collected: contact details, resume and work history. Cookies and analytics tools collect usage data. This includes pages visited, time on site, and the source that brought you to the site.

How we use it

Details you submit are used to reply to your enquiry. Candidate details are used to run and manage recruitment searches. A candidate's details are shared with an employer only with that candidate's agreement. Records are kept of our work. Usage data is used to understand how the site is used. Personal information is not sold and is not shared for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers

We use service providers to run parts of the site. The enquiry forms are provided by LeadConnector, also called GoHighLevel. LeadConnector stores what you submit. The website is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. Email sent to info@hr-recruitment-agency.com is handled by our email provider.

Google Analytics

The site uses a Google tag that sets Google Analytics cookies. These cookies count visits, see which pages are read and which sources bring visitors, and record when someone sends an enquiry form or taps the email link. Google processes this data under its own terms.

You can block these cookies in your browser settings. The Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on is available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Retention

Personal information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, or as the law requires. After that it is deleted.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect personal information. No method of transfer or storage is fully secure.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information. You can ask us to stop contacting you. Residents of states with privacy laws, such as California under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, may have further rights, including to know what we collect and to not be discriminated against for using their rights. We will not ask for more information than needed to verify a request.

Children

The site is for businesses and job seekers aged 18 and over. Children under 13 are not the audience. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

This policy may be updated. The last updated date will change when we make an update.
